Reflection Report

What we have learned on other stalls

My team R. Teenage started a bazzar in school for the first time. We sell accessories that attracted the students in school. We make use of our sellable items to bring out of our stall to sell. We learned to give out flyers of the influence of others stalls are given out. We learned that we must not lack of communication because all information that needed to know is very important for each of the members, the unity of our team members because the competitor are strong and we need to stay even stronger. We learned that our mouth is more important than the products itself and also we learned that the stall must be well decorated to attract customers.

What We Can Improve On

The price label must be clear, noticeable and attractive.
The extra mile that our team mates are able to provide though the customers did not required. The promotion tools like posters that reflected on our stall.
The people that we targeted and making the wise choice to target.

The Strengths

Our strength for the stall is the decoration that allows customers to be curious.
Our strength are the clothing and name tag that we decided to wear. Our strength is the displayed are far more attractive than the other stalls.
Our strength also have team mates that able to talk really well and able to pull back our sales in the stall.

The Weakness

Our weakness is lack of communication.
Our weakness are the loss of the missing products that our team mates misplaced.
Our weakness for the stall also have team mates that don t dare to approach the customers.
Our weakness are not able to guard our money in the drawer and allow theft to take place.
